I had an amazing experience from start to finish! My representative, Jahziel, made the entire process of getting my windshield replaced so easy. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. His customer service was outstanding, and he made sure everything was handled smoothly. The technician also did an excellent job replacing my windshield. The installation was quick, clean, and done with great attention to detail. You can tell they both take pride in their work. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a windshield replacement. Thank you, Jahziel, for going above and beyond, and thank you to the technician for the excellent workmanship!

Bruno, Marcy and the techs Hector and Jonathan were all amazing. Great communication and friendly service. The techs were unable to replace my windshield at the original scheduled time due to weather but they made me feel like a first priority the next morning and I very much appreciated that. They also did a great job and were a lot faster than I expected. Definitely very satisfied with the service they provided.

Wonderful service provided by BOTH window replacement technician’s Shawn and Keir. They worked diligently in the draining outside heat to replace my car’s cracked windshield and it now looks terrific. These two gentlemen are a great attribute and should be commended on their excellent customer service!!! 🙋‍♀️💚 Also, a HUGE SHOUTOUT to the representative who got me scheduled. This whole process from start to finish was awesome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My installer was Anthony Gonzalez. I'm glad he's the guy that came to do my car. As someone who commutes to work, I was very nervous after hearing some horror stories from other companies in the area, with people getting their windshield replaced and all kinds of things going wrong. Anthony was the best. He went over everything he was doing and why he was doing it in great detail. I hovered... I knew to give him space, but he was super friendly and super careful with my car. He was careful with my car as if it were his own, and wow, did that make me feel better throughout the entire process. Every clip, every panel went back where it was originally and Anthony made sure to show me missing clips before starting. I wish the dealership did the same. Thanks, Anthony! Your hard work and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. I'll trust you with my car anytime! Excellent job!
